What are you going to do 

  • Definition und Abstimmung der Projektziele in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt-Sponsor sowie Erstellung und Validierung des Projektauftrags
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Projekten gemäß den unternehmensspezifischen Standards für die Produktentwicklung
  • Vergabe und fachliche Abnahme von Arbeitspaketen innerhalb des Projekt-Kernteams zur Sicherstellung der inhaltlichen Qualität
  • Führung internationaler Projektteams in einer standortübergreifenden Multiprojektumgebung mit Fokus auf fachliche Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit
  • Monitoring des Projektfortschritts sowie kontinuierliche Validierung des Projektauftrags zur Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs
  • Verantwortung für das Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement innerhalb des Projekts unter Berücksichtigung interner Richtlinien
  • Regelmäßige Statusberichte an das Steering Committee, inklusive Fortschrittsanalyse und Handlungsempfehlungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar erforderlich
  • Zertifizierung im Bereich Projektmanagement (z.B. PMI, IPMA), mindestens Level D notwendig
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse notwendig
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Entwicklungsprojekten notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
