Technical Support Assistant

The Requirements The ideal candidate will first and foremost have great communication skills, both exceptional phone manner and written. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, the ability to work with cross functional teams from sales to engineering and the ability to relay technical information to non technical clients and customers will also be crucial.

Not required, but prior exposure to and experience with renewable energy systems in a technical support role would be ideal. Particularly practical experience with on and off grid battery storage solutions.
