About this role

Hand Tool Use: Operate various hand tools for the assembly of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components.

Assembly Operations: Perform qualified assembly tasks across a variety of assemblies and sub-assemblies.

Machine Operation: Use specialized equipment and tools to assemble and maintain high-quality standards.

Packing & Manual Handling: Pack finished items into boxes and on pallets for dispatch. This includes stacking crates and pallets manually.

Data Entry: Accurately enter data into systems with a high level of attention to detail.

Test Procedures: Contribute to planning, executing, and analyzing test routines in complex test environments.

Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving routine manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations.

Processes: Follow established processes without deviation to ensure consistency and quality.

Overtime: Availability to work overtime when required to meet production demands.

This role may require the succesful person to stand for extended periods while assembling products on workbenches.

Is this you?

Experience: Experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is highly beneficial but not essential. We value your willingness to learn and develop your skills.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and detail, especially in data entry and assembly tasks.

Physical Capability: Ability to manually handle and stack items, as well as stand for extended periods.

Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Problem Solver: Ability to assist with troubleshooting routine issues in the manufacturing process.

Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed.
