  • Collaborate on the definition of the optimal production procedure to achieve the customer's requirements.
  • Collaborate in the definition of equipment price and process costs.
  • Based on R&D outputs, implement new automated and robotic technologies and equipment into the production process.

  • Participate in the selection of suppliers of technologies, machines and tools.

  • Cooperate in the design of the Process Flow for the given product, and cooperate in the PFMEA review.

  • Collaborate on the design of optimal packaging for new products (internal and customer) in an automated process.

  • Track technological news for manufacturing and processes for EV Automotive.

  • Create and define standard for PLC/program/hardware.

  • Acceleration and optimization of automatic and robotic movements to increase process efficiency.

  • Verification and implementation of automatic and robotic technologies within new projects.

  • Speeding up and optimizing automatic and robotic movements to increase the efficiency of processes.

  • Creating and updating standards for PLC/program/hardware.

  • electing of technology supplier, machine, and equipment.
  • Designing of internal and customer packaging.
  • Creating the PFMEA.
  • Optimizing the production layout.
  • ABB, KUKA, Fanuc programming.

Požadavky

  • Degree or diploma in relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 year experience in robot programming.
  • Reading technical documentation.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, independence, responsibility, reliability, teamwork ability.
  • Minimum B2 level English skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • 40% Selection, verification and implementation of automatic and robotic technologies within new projects.
  • 40% Acceleration and optimization of automatic and robotic movements to increase the efficiency of processes.
  • 5% Collaboration in process design and estimation of process and machine costs.
  • 10% Creating and defining standards for PLC/program/hardware.
  • 5% Collaboration in the definition of Process Flow and PFMEA.
