What are you going to do

In deze rol beoordeel je hypotheekaanvragen en toets je deze aan de NHG-regels en acceptatiecriteria van de opdrachtgever. Je stelt offertes op en geeft een duidelijke motivatie bij afwijzingen. Met jouw nauwkeurige aanpak zorg je voor een soepele doorloop van de hypotheekaanvraag tot aan de akte. Het traineeship biedt je de kans om relevante WFT-certificaten te behalen en geeft je begeleiding bij het maken van de eerste stappen in jouw carrière als hypotheekacceptant.

Essential skills and knowledge

Hbo-opleiding afgerond.
Interesse in de financiële sector en eventueel al wat ervaring opgedaan.
Goede administratieve en communicatieve skills.
Flexibele instelling en bereidheid om te reizen naar Amsterdam, Utrecht en Amersfoort.
Sterke motivatie om jouw carrière te starten in de hypotheekbranche.
WFT Basis-certificaat op zak en bereid andere certificaten te behalen.
