工作职责 1、负责医院端销售的全面管理工作,制定并执行药品营销策略,确保销售目标的达成; 2、深入了解药品市场动态,分析竞争对手情况,制定相应的市场拓展计划; 3、负责团队的建设与管理,提高团队整体素质和业务能力; 4、负责药品销售渠道的开发与维护,建立稳定的合作伙伴关系; 5、负责药品营销预算的制定与控制,确保营销活动的投入产出比合理; 6、负责药品营销相关政策法规的研究与解读,确保公司药品营销工作的合规性; 7、负责药品营销中心的日常工作管理,提高部门工作效率。
