Introduction

Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in omgeving Delft zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste IT Support Desk Medewerker. In deze rol bied je ondersteuning aan collega's in zowel Nederland als het buitenland, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Je komt te werken in een dynamische en leerzame werkomgeving waar gebruikersondersteuning en probleemoplossing centraal staan. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat werkplekken efficiënt zijn ingericht, installeer je laptops, desktops en mobiele telefoons, en zorg je voor de uitgifte daarvan.

What are you going to do

We zoeken een collega met een dienstverlenende instelling die graag samen met het team de IT Support Desk naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je bent leergierig, ondernemend, stressbestendig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Daarnaast ben je administratief sterk en beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimaal een afgeronde mbo 4 opleiding in een IT-gerelateerde richting.
Ervaring met ITSM tooling.
Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

What we offer

Een basissalaris variërend van € 2700,- tot € 3000,- op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
Bovenop je salaris ontvang je een projectgebonden toeslag op basis van je ervaring.

26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en 8% vakantietoeslag.
