In september 2024 zien we dat de hypotheekmarkt opnieuw in beweging is. Na een periode van relatieve rust, stijgt het aantal hypotheekaanvragen weer aanzienlijk. Dit komt mede door de ontwikkelingen rondom rentetarieven en leencapaciteit. Ondanks onzekerheden blijft één feit overeind: de vraag naar specialisten in de hypotheekbranche is groot.

What are you going to do

Als hypotheekacceptant beoordeel je nauwkeurig de binnengekomen hypotheekaanvragen. Je toetst deze aan de geldende NHG-regels en het beleid van de opdrachtgever. Vervolgens zorg je voor de goedkeuring of afwijzing van de aanvraag, met een duidelijke onderbouwing. Het is jouw taak om ervoor te zorgen dat het hele proces soepel verloopt, tot aan de ondertekening van de hypotheekakte.

Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het verwezenlijken van de woondromen van klanten door je gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkwijze.

Essential skills and knowledge

Hbo werk- en denkniveau om succesvol te zijn in deze rol.
Een sterke motivatie om te werken als hypotheekacceptant, met affiniteit voor financiën.
Uitstekende administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden.
Het vermogen om proactief te werken en snel te schakelen.
Het bezit van WFT Basis certificering of de bereidheid om deze snel te behalen, samen met andere WFT-certificaten.
