What are you going to do

Als medewerker Acceptatie woninghypotheken ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het offreren en accepteren van hypotheekaanvragen.
Je beoordeelt de aanvragen volgens de NHG-richtlijnen en het acceptatiekader.
Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van de dossiers.
Je begeleidt het proces tot het passeren van de hypotheekakte.
Je motiveert eventuele afwijzingen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Je hebt een hbo-niveau en bent communicatief sterk, met ervaring in de hypotheekbranche.
Je bent resultaatgericht en klantvriendelijk
Je beschikt over de WFT Basis en Hypothecair Krediet certificaten.

Brunel biedt jou de kans om via hun opleidingen jouw kennis verder uit te breiden, bijvoorbeeld met Wft Vermogen. Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.

What we offer

Bij Brunel krijg je als hypotheekacceptant een goed salaris van €3500,- tot €4100,- en toegang tot een opleidingsbudget voor verdere certificaten.
