Introduction

As a Warehouse & Yard Associate, you will be responsible for executing standard processes across warehouse and yard operations, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, yard management, preservation, and the timely delivery of equipment and materials to both internal and external customers. This hands-on role is key to maintaining efficient supply chain operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What are you going to do 

  • Liaising with AMO/Manufacturing/Service Delivery/Logistics/Quality as needed to ensure on time delivery and shipments
  • Working on other warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned
  • Performing data entry into respective systems timely & accurately
  • Executing 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety) plan and performing physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API)
  • Keeping work areas of the facility in a safe, clean, and organized manner at all times in accordance with 6S checklist
  • Providing coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Years of experience: 1- or 2-years' experience in Warehousing / supply chain
  • Field of experience: Have ability to work in warehouse and yard environment
  • Technical Skills: Shipping - domestic and international, Receiving, Warehouse/Storeroom, Yard
  • Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and time management
  • Tools or Software (Required): Microsoft Office, SAP

Education Qualifications: High School Certificates or equivalent Diploma with 1- or 2-years' experience in Warehousing / supply chain
