Introduction

PT Brunel Service Indonesia is currently seeking an experienced Technician - Rotating Equipment for 3 months renewal contract-based position in Bekasi, West Java. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of rotating machinery and gear systems to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of our client's facilities.

What are you going to do 

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and motors
  • Perform precision pipe alignment using laser or dial gauge methods
  • Conduct vibration analysis and condition monitoring of machinery
  • Support installation and commissioning of new rotating equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure equipment reliability
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and alignment reports
  • Adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures
  • Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency repairs

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Indonesian nationality
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance in oil & gas
  • Proficient in pipe alignment techniques and tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical seals, bearings, and lubrication systems
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and remote locations
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • CV must be submitted in English
