What are you going to do

开展或协助CHO细胞系列培养基的开发、优化和迭代。
目录化培养基以及拟推出的目录化培养基产品应用及技术支持。
试用装&测试装使用效果的跟踪，客户技术问题解决以及测试结果的汇总和反馈。
销售协同拜访，了解客户需求，发现和汇总产品/项目的新机会，做好客户技术管理。
协同市场部工作，提供用于市场宣传需要的技术材料。

Essential skills and knowledge

1、生物技术、生物化学或制药工程等相关专业本科以上。

2、从事过细胞培养工作，有培养基开发或培养基组分优化的经验。

3、良好的团队合作及沟通能力，有较强的工作责任感和事业心。

4、英语听说读写熟练，可以作为工作语言。

5、具有项目管理经验者优先。

What we offer

Application process

First Contact

We carefully review your application and in the coming weeks, you will be notified for an interview session if you are selected. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 7 days.

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview.

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.

Application for the Position

Submission of candidates resume for client’s approval and screening.
