Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Support the OIC Package Lead in managing the OIC Contract scope and technical interfaces.
  • Coordinate with the AIR team and other J-IC delivery teams to manage risks and interface challenges.
  • Develop mitigation plans for OIC execution risks and support contract management of change processes.
  • Provide engineering support to FCS (Field Control Station) Subsea Engineer, Senior Structures Subsea Engineer, Senior Project Engineer (Pre-Commissioning) and Project Subsea Engineer (Umbilical's).
  • Coordinate Marine Warranty input, document reviews, and approvals.
  • Provide site support as required, including international/domestic travel for engineering, SITs, vessel inspections, loadout, testing, and installation phases.
  • Transition to an offshore role during project execution.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Australian Full working rights.
  • Experience with contract management of change system, interface and risk management systems preferred.
  • Extensive experience, preferably in offshore installation or construction.
  • Degree in Civil, Marine, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Strong experience with contract change management, interface management, and risk systems.
  • Knowledge of Chevron Project Management System is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, prioritisation abilities, and relationship-building skills.
