Introduction

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of townhouse developments across the region.

What are you going to do 

This is a hands-on Site Manager role overseeing the full build cycle of townhouse projects from suspended slab through to final handover. You'll play a key role in ensuring construction runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with project timelines and budgets
  • Enforce WHS policies and maintain a safe site environment
  • Conduct site inspections, inductions, and quality checks
  • Communicate effectively with the office team, trades, suppliers, and clients
  • Oversee site documentation, progress reporting, and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with QLD building codes and project specifications
  • Drive the project from slab to completion with a focus on quality and delivery

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience managing townhouse builds from suspended slab to completion
  • Solid understanding of QLD construction regulations and standards
  • Current QBCC Site Supervisor licence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on-site
  • A proactive and organised approach to site management
