Introduction

Brunel are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee delivery of a new health refurbishment project on Brisbane's south side for one of our National clients. This role is hands-on, leading daily site operations and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What are you going to do 

  • Manage day to day site activities, trades and subcontractors

  • Drive programme delivery and coordinate schedules

  • Ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards

  • Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and stakeholders

  • Foster a positive and productive site culture

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Foreman /supervisor on commercial builds

  • Strong trade knowledge and subcontractor management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
