Introduction

Brunel are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee delivery of a new health refurbishment project on Brisbane's south side for one of our National clients. This role is hands-on, leading daily site operations and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What are you going to do

Manage day to day site activities, trades and subcontractors
Drive programme delivery and coordinate schedules
Ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards
Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and stakeholders
Foster a positive and productive site culture

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience as a Foreman /supervisor on commercial builds
Strong trade knowledge and subcontractor management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
