Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Responsible for orders and revenue growth of diagnostics industry in Thailand.

  • Responsible for account and channel management, identification of new targetedaccounts, and improvement of overall market share and profitability

  • Act as the primary sales and account management professional and maintain closerelationship with customers and dealers

  • Develop and maintain accounts/prospect records

  • Source, analyse and report competitors' information and product strategy

  • Follow up and track accounts receivables

  • Organise seminars and workshops for customers

Essential skills and knowledge 

Qualifications:

  • Degree holders in medical technology, biological sciences or equivalent discipline.

  • At least 3-5 years account and channel management experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry.

  • Preferably technical experience in immunoassays, molecular assays, software and analysers.

  • Able to travel occasionally.

  • Good communication skill with internal customers, external customer, dealers and distributors.

  • Good local or remote trouble-shooting skill.

  • Strong analytical, good interpersonal skills and Self-motivated.

  • Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong PC skills including setup Microsoft Operating System and Office, configuring the computer hardware and peripheral.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
