Introduction
What are you going to do
- 负责带领类器官团队，组织研发项目实施和产品团队日常管理
- 负责类器官疾病模型和毒理新药筛选项目，平台战略规划
- 项目体系的建立和把控，新技术落地、研发及项目协调、推进等工作。 后续潜在延伸到整体产品规划 对外沟通 ；
- 和市场和销售部门联动，代表公司出席学术会议、产品发布会等，支持市场拓展和宣传工作等。
- 与外部合作伙伴、客户、商务团队沟通，实现产品交付； 衔接中外药企业务和科研合作
- 洞察和分析技术发展动向，专利策略的制定和实施；
- 负责公司前瞻性项目的方案设立、文章发表、专利撰写，项目申报；
Essential skills and knowledge
- 药学、医学、细胞生物学或干细胞类器官等相关专业博士学位
- 3年以上类器官相关工业界工作经验，熟悉企业工作流程
- 具有团队指导和管理能力。
- 具备熟练的专业英语能力，能够胜任阅读文献和海外口语交流。

Meeting in Real Life
After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
