What are you going to do 

As Projectleader Office Buildings, you are responsible for the overall follow-up of planned and ongoing improvement projects of office buildings at our clients premises.

Your scope:

  • · You are overall responsible for the scope & execution of the defined projects (circa 80 projects).
  • · You are responsible for stakeholder management with internal and external customers.
  • · You report directly to the customer by using the project management tool.
  • · You manage proactively the execution of the project regarding scope, budget, planning, quality and safety.
  • · You prepare project requirements based on customer information and feedback from stakeholders, including but not limited to tender specifications.
  • · You request and analyze quotations from suppliers on which you give advice for selection.
  • · You are responsible for the planning and coordination in line with the priorities.
  • · You collect and provide all relevant information regarding the follow-up of the project.
  • · You manage a team of 2 Site Supervisors and provide support and coaching where needed.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Your profile:

  • · You have min. a Bachelor combined with relevant project management experience within a corporate environment.
  • · You can rely on at least 5 years experience within project management and are eager for quality and results.
  • · You have excellent communication skills and are able to liaise with all relevant stake holders.
  • · You have strong analytical skills to investigate problems and to come with a solution.
  • · You are flexible regarding on site presence.
  • · Your fluent in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
  • · You live within the Brussels region.

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
