What are you going to do 

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager will oversee a variety of projects, including recently won education works such as tuck shops, private works, and amenities. Projects range in value from $100k to $1million.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of site construction, including schedules, budgets, and quality
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client specifications
  • Site-based role with fortnightly office-based meetings to report progress and plan ahead
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting

Essential skills and knowledge 

My client is looking for candidates who:

  • MUST come from contractor-side commercial construction projects up to $1 million
  • MUST have QBCC licence
  • Are confident managing site teams and subcontractors
  • Have strong organisational and communication skills
  • Are proactive problem-solvers and thrive in a fast-paced environment
