What are you going to do

Manage end-to-end execution of surface protection and industrial coating projects from site assessment through completion
Conduct site inspections, technical evaluations, and condition assessments prior to coating application
Supervise on-site application teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines
Coordinate closely with clients, shipyards, contractors, and internal stakeholders on technical and operational matters
Ensure coating preparation, application, and curing activities comply with approved procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Support development and implementation of SOPs, work methods, and technical procedures
Manage coating materials, equipment logistics, and site inventory
Oversee testing, inspections, and final project handover documentation
Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on-site
Provide on-site technical support and resolve application or quality issues during execution

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial surface protection, coatings, or related technical operations
Strong hands-on experience supervising coating application projects in marine and/or industrial environments
Proven ability to manage site execution, teams, and subcontractors
Sound knowledge of surface preparation methods, coating systems, and inspection practices
Experience working with client technical teams and project stakeholders
Familiarity with HSE standards applicable to industrial and marine sites
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred
