Introduction

As the Program Coordinator, you will be the Digital Transformation for a major banking organisation. You will be responsible for project research analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative tasks to support high-visibility projects.

What are you going to do 

  • Working with the Program Manager and Project Managers to ensure that projects in the program carry meet the Clients standards
  • Collating performance data to report on the overall program health
  • Assisting in the collation of financial data for month end financial reporting
  • Tracking dependencies across projects in the program and external to the program
  • Supporting Project Managers to mobilise new projects, meet stage gate criteria and close out completed projects

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Undertake business process improvement and related projects using investigative, analytical, and research skills.
  • Highly organised professional with exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet business deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships.
  • Confidently engage effectively with all levels of the business.
