Key responsibilities

Supervise mechanical crews and subcontractors for piping, equipment installation, bolting, and testing.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, welding procedures and codes (ASME/API/B31.x).
Enforce HSSE requirements, conduct toolbox talks and manage permits.
Coordinate NDE, hydrotesting, pre‑commissioning and punchlist closure.
Prepare daily reports, manpower plans and liaise with engineering/client reps.

Essential skills and knowledge

Qualifications

15+ years mechanical construction experience on midstream projects; prior superintendent role preferred.
Proficient with P&IDs/isometrics, testing, welding/NDE processes.
Strong leadership, communication and safety certification (e.g., OSHA/NEBOSH).
