What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design efforts for mechanical systems and plant layouts, offering strategic direction and technical supervision.
Work closely with project stakeholders to manage design workflows and deliverables effectively.
Create precise, industry-compliant designs in Microstation, maintaining a high standard of quality as well as streamlining existing designs wherever possible.
Support seamless project progress through strong team coordination and proactive problem-solving.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

8+ years experience in mining with a key focus on mechanical design
Expertise in mechanical design, plant layout and optimisation including selecting materials, designing to specific load requirements, and integrating mechanical systems within a plant environment
High capability and user knowledge of Bentley Microstation is essential
Proven experience leading design teams with demonstratable experience/projects
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent (mech)
Experience in Gold - highly regarded

NOTE:
