What are you going to do

Konstruktion inkl. Auslegung hoher Komplexität von Stromerzeugeraggregaten und Energiespeichermodulen in verschiedenen Leistungsklassen (200kW, 50kW, 20kW und 5kW) via Creo, Windchill und SAP. Das beinhaltet auch Einzelteile und Baugruppe inkl. deren Fertigungszeichnung und Stücklisten.
Gehäuse- und Schaltschrankkonstruktion
Ausarbeitung von Luftführungen
Zwischenrahmenkonstruktion inkl. Schwingmetallen
Hilfskonstruktionen zur Adaption von div. Komponenten - z.B. Kupplungen, Kabeltrommeln, o.ä.
Konstruktion von Klappen, Türen o.ä. inkl. der Auslegung des Schutzes (z.B. Dichtungen / Isolationen) vor äußeren Einflüssen
Anforderungsabstimmung mit Lieferanten
Abstimmung mit anderen beteiligten Abteilungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium des Maschinenbaus, Mechatronik o.ä.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
Eine analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise
tief gehende Kenntnisse im CAD-System PTC/Creo (Windchill) notwendig
Erfahrungen mit dem Umgang von ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP) von Vorteil
Kenntnisse von Verbrennungsmotoren und elektrischen Maschinen
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
