Introduction

Brunel International is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICSS Engineer for an exciting opportunity in the FPSO industry. This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the offshore oil and gas sector.

What are you going to do 

As an ICSS Engineer at Brunel International, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) on Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of ICSS systems, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and provide technical support as needed. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of engineering solutions to enhance the efficiency and safety of FPSO operations.

Essential skills and knowledge 

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICSS engineering within the FPSO industry
- Proficiency in programming languages- Strong understanding of control systems and safety instrumented systems
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders- Willingness to travel and work in offshore locations as needed
