Brunel Australasia is currently partnering with a global pharmaceutical company who has a passion for science technology and innovation. They are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a minimun of six months, experience in Employee Relations is essential for this role.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related discipline preferred;

  • Knowledge of the National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and the employment lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of the State/Territory based employment related laws with respect to long service leave and workers' compensation.
  • Experience with HR policies, procedures and protocol development, and related employment driven matters;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building, reliability and time management, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision making, presentation, and project management.
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes.
