Introduction

On behalf of our client, a global resources company, we are recruiting for a HSE Manager to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity and will be responsibile for managing and leading HSE initiatives and personnel.

What are you going to do 

  • Lead and coordinate HSE programs, initiatives, and team members to support safe operations and business performance.
  • Drive implementation of HSE procedures, training, and reporting systems to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
  • Provide guidance on HSE strategy, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple workgroups.
  • Interface with key stakeholders, including external partners, to align safety expectations and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Analyze HSE data and audit outcomes to develop focus areas and risk mitigation strategies across operations.
  • Oversee drug and alcohol compliance, conduct site audits, and support internal reviews and external assessments.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Tertiary degree in HSE
  • Previous O&G experience
  • Previous experience in managerial level HSE roles
  • Extensive Knowledge in Incident Management, Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management and Loss Control
