Introduction

Our client, a renowned Tier 2 commercial builder, are looking for a Project Manager to join their Successful Fit Out team. Project values will range from $5m - $100m, therefore High Value Project experience is required!

What are you going to do 

You will work with a high performing, success driven team to lead and deliver a variety of Fit Out / Refurb projects across various industries including; Office, Healthcare, Social Housing, Hospitality etc.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related (Required)
  • 5 + years of Project Management experience within the Commercial Construction Sector (Required).
  • Experience managing Commercial Fit Out Projects $25m+ (Required)
  • Takes a proactive approach to safety with a strong understanding of HSE requirements.
  • Excels at organisation, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.
  • Maintaining a great culture is essential so you are ideally friendly, approachable and a team player.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
