What are you going to do 

1、制定并执行药品销售策略(精神类药品),以实现公司的销售目标和市场份额增长。 2、管理销售团队,提供培训和指导,以确保团队成员具备足够的产品知识和销售技巧。 3、与客户建立和维护良好的关系,了解客户需求,提供专业的产品咨询和售后服务。 4、监控市场动态,收集竞争对手信息,分析市场趋势,为公司制定相应的市场策略提供建议。 5、与内部其他部门(如生产、研发、市场等)保持密切沟通,确保销售活动的顺利进行。 6、参与制定年度销售预算和目标,定期向上级汇报销售业绩和市场情况。 7、确保销售团队遵守相关法律法规和公司政策,维护公司声誉。

Essential skills and knowledge 

1、本科及以上学历,医药、市场营销等相关专业优先。 2、5年以上药品销售管理或相关领域工作经验,有丰富的客户资源和行业经验。 3、具备较强的市场分析、营销策划和团队管理能力。 4、良好的沟通和谈判技巧,能够与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系。 5、熟悉药品市场和行业动态,具备一定的市场敏感度。 6、诚信、敬业,具备较强的抗压能力和团队合作精神。

First Contact

We carefully review your application and in the coming weeks, you will be notified for an interview session if you are selected. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 7 days. 
 

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
