What are you going to do

Working under the Singapore Shipyard to support the Construction Manager in delivering multi‑discipline topside module fabrication and integration for an FPU (FPSO experience highly relevant).

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily execution for assigned topside zones; coordinate trades and subcontractors.
Lead 3‑week look‑ahead planning and progress reporting.
Oversee lifting and integration activities, ensuring dimensional control.
Enforce quality compliance (ITPs, NDE cycles) and punch closure to MC.
Drive HSE and SIMOPS planning in congested yard conditions.

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Construction or equivalent.
8–12+ years in yard construction on FPU/FPSO topsides.
Strong multi‑discipline coordination and subcontractor leadership skills.
