In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie aktiv die Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Produkte und Schmiedewerkzeuge und begleiten diese von der ersten Idee bis zur stabilen Serienproduktion. Dabei verbinden Sie konstruktive Expertise mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für fertigungstechnische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.

What are you going to do 

  • Von der Produktentstehung bis zur serienreifen Produktion konstruieren Sie Produkte und Schmiedewerkzeuge unter Berücksichtigung technischer, qualitativer und wirtschaftlicher Anforderungen.
  • Mithilfe moderner Simulationsmethoden prüfen und bewerten Sie die Praxistauglichkeit von Werkzeugmodellen und leiten daraus konstruktive Anpassungen ab.
  • Kundenanforderungen werden analysiert, technisch bewertet und in realisierbare Produktionskonzepte überführt.
  • Kontinuierlich identifizieren Sie Optimierungspotenziale zur Steigerung der Materialeffizienz, zur Verlängerung der Werkzeugstandzeiten und zur nachhaltigen Reduzierung von Ausschuss. In enger Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen begleiten Sie die Umsetzung konstruktiver Lösungen bis in den Produktionsprozess.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium im Maschinenbau mit Schwerpunkt Konstruktion oder Fertigungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Konstruktion mit Creo Parametric, idealerweise in der Rohteil- und Werkzeugkonstruktion von Schmiedeteilen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für fertigungstechnische Zusammenhänge und Produktionsprozesse
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
