What are you going to do 

  • Messdatenanalyse aus Batterieversuchen unter anderem mittels Vector-Tools
  • Visualisierung der Ergebnisse, Fehleranalyse, Aufbereitung der Versuchsergebnisse und Berichtserstellung
  • Programmieren von Auswertealgorithmen und Berichtsvorlagen
  • Analyse, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung bisheriger Messtools/-prozesse
  • Erarbeiten neuer Methoden zur Auswertung von Batteriemessdaten
  • Weiterentwicklung der Testprogramme sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Standards

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hochvolt-Technik (z. B. Batteriesysteme, HV-Komponenten, elektrische Sicherheits­aspekte) notwendig
  • Erfahrung im Versuch / Testing von HV-Batterien oder Hochvolt­komponenten - idealerweise im Automobil- und Serienumfeld. (z. B. Testplanung, Prüfaufbau, Auswertung) erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüf­technik (z. B. Leistungs­aufnahme, Temperatur, Diagnose) sowie mit Versuchsauswertung und Daten­analyse notwendig
  • Erfahrung mit Automotiv-relevanten Tools/Software-Umgebungen (z. B. CAN-Bus Tools wie CANoe / CANalyzer, Daten­analyse-Tools, internal dashboards) erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
  • Qualifikation als Elektro­fachkraft Hochvolt von Vorteil.
