What are you going to do 

  • Planung und Konstruktion von Anlagen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Klima)

  • Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen und 3D-Modellen (CAD/BIM)

  • Dimensionierung und Auslegung von Anlagenkomponenten

  • Abstimmung mit Architekten, Ingenieuren und anderen Fachplanern

  • Erstellung von Stücklisten und technischen Dokumentationen

  • Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen und Vergabeprozessen

  • Überprüfung von Plänen auf Normen- und Richtlinienkonformität

  • Unterstützung bei Bauüberwachung und Projektabwicklung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technischer Systemplaner (Versorgungs- und Ausrüstungstechnik) oder vergleichbar

  • Gute Kenntnisse in CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit, Plancal Nova)

  • Grundkenntnisse in relevanten Normen und Regelwerken (DIN, VDI)

  • Technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen HLKS (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär)

  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im TGA-Bereich
