What are you going to do

Als Produktionsplaner erstellen Sie detaillierte Operations Sheets (Arbeitspläne).
Dabei analysieren Sie bestehende Arbeitspläne, um diese kontinuierlich zu verbessern und somit die Effizienz und Qualität zu steigern.
Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, stellen Sie reibungslose Abläufe sicher.
Gekonnt entwickeln Sie effektive Taktungsstrategien, um Produktionsziele zu erreichen und Engpässe zu minimieren.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört auch die Kapazitätsplanung und -optimierung.
Auch die Unterstützung der digitalen Produktionsplanung gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben.

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Staatlich geprüften Techniker
MTM-Zertifizierung in den Methoden MTM, MEK, EAWS und/oder REFA
Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen
Kenntnisse in der Planungs- und Ausführungsanalyse
Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, analytische Fähigkeiten und Flexibilität
