What are you going to do 

  • Technische Betreuung eines festen Kundenstamms im Bereich Füllmaschinen und Turn-Key-Anlagen
  • Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen in Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen
  • Koordination, Organisation und Begleitung von Service- und Notfalleinsätzen beim Kunden
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für Servicetechniker und interne Schnittstellen
  • Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen, Lösungen und Maßnahmen im CRM-System
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Serviceprozessen und Supportqualität

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister in den Bereichen Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik oder Maschinenbau erforderlich
  • Erfahrung im technischen Support, Service oder Sondermaschinenbau von Vorteil
  • Alternativ: Erfahrung als Inbetriebnehmer oder Monteur mit fundierten mechanischen/mechatronischen Kenntnissen wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen notwendig
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Must-have
