What are you going to do 

  • Strategische Konzeption und Neuentwicklung der IT-Systemlandschaft im After Sales im Rahmen des Transformationsprojekts PLM.AI
  • Übersetzung von Fachbereichsanforderungen in moderne IT-Lösungsarchitekturen und präzise Schnittstellenspezifikationen
  • Pflege und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs sowie Steuerung der Umsetzung mittels agiler Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
  • Koordination und Steuerung internationaler Softwarelieferanten im agilen DevSecOps-Modell
  • Verantwortung für das Testmanagement, die Codequalität sowie den hochverfügbaren End-to-End-Betrieb der Applikationen
  • Fachliche Mitwirkung bei der Lösung komplexer Incidents und im Eskalationsmanagement auf 3rd-Level-Niveau

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit starkem IT-Fokus
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Technical Product Owner oder IT-Projektleiter in agilen Umfeldern unter Einsatz von DevSecOps, AWS Cloud, Microservices und APIs
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Prozessketten in Entwicklung, Produktion oder After Sales, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld
  • Vertrauter Umgang mit KI-gestützten Datenanalysen, CI/CD-Pipelines sowie gängigen Tools wie Jira und Confluence
  • Ausgeprägtes Abstraktionsvermögen, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Souveränität im Stakeholdermanagement
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
