What are you going to do 

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams im Bereich Software- und Automatisierungstechnik
  • Organisation, Koordination und Priorisierung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb des Teams
  • Unterstützung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung und Steuerung von Personal-, Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenbedarfen
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Projektabwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung sowie angrenzenden Bereichen, insbesondere Elektro- und Mechanikkonstruktion
  • Ansprechpartner für technische und organisatorische Fragestellungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen, Standards und Arbeitsmethoden im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
  • Förderung der projektübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und des Wissensaustauschs
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Projektzielen und Unternehmensvorgaben

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ eine technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich SPS-Programmierung, Automatisierungstechnik oder Softwareentwicklung für industrielle Anlagen
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und/oder disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Softwarelösungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft
