What are you going to do 

  • Technische Unterstützung auf 1st- und 2nd-Level für ADVISE-Automatisierungsprodukte, inklusive Problemdiagnose und Klärung von Änderungswünschen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Fachabteilungen
  • Sicherstellung von Reaktions- und Bearbeitungszeiten sowie aktive Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Servicetools wie Remotelösungen und Ticketsystemen
  • Erstellung technischer Vorgaben zur Unterstützung von Serviceangeboten
  • Durchführung kleinerer Updates und Anpassungen im Rahmen von Serviceprojekten

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung, IT Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder ein Studium im Bereich Technische Informatik, Informatik, Softwareentwicklung, IT Sicherheit oder Wirtschaftsinformatik erforderlich
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Windows-Umgebungen sowie in Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall) notwendig
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit SQL- und Powershell Scripting wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
