What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des operativen und strategischen Einkaufs technischer Komponenten
  • Beschaffung von elektrotechnischen Bauteilen, Hydraulikkomponenten sowie zerspanten Teilen.
  • Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen, Rahmenverträgen und Jahresgesprächen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • Aktive Lieferantenbewertung, -entwicklung und -qualifizierung
  • Identifikation und Aufbau neuer Lieferanten und Beschaffungsquellen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Technik, Konstruktion und Fertigung zu technischen Anforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele
  • Abwicklung der Einkaufsprozesse im ERP-System (Anfrage bis Rechnung)
  • Gelegentliche Dienstreisen zur Lieferantenabstimmung, Auditierung und Qualifizierung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, gerne mit technischer Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sicher im Einkauf von elektrotechnischen und mechanischen Komponenten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
  • Hohe technische Affinität und gutes Verständnis für Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
