What are you going to do 

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Systems, das weltweit zur Einreichung, Prüfung und Auszahlung von Dealeransprüchen aus Serviceverträgen, Garantien und Kulanzfällen in den Sparten
  • Bearbeitung von Level-2-Issue-Tickets aus den internationalen Märkten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Erstellung von fachlichen und technischen Spezifikationen zur Systemanpassung und -erweiterung unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen des Vertriebsinnendienstes
  • Testen neuer Funktionen sowie Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung zur Sicherstellung effizienter Prozesse im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen für Admin Experts zur Unterstützung des Vertriebsinnendienstes im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang BWL, Writschaftsingenieurwesen, Technische BWL oder vergleichbar erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse über Prozesse und Zusammenhänge der Garantie-, Kulanz und Servicevertragsthemen zwingend
  • Knowhow in den Tools Jira, Confluecen notwendig, idealweise ergänzt um Salesforce und ASTIS
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
