What are you going to do 

  • Abwicklung des operativen Einkaufsprozesses im Bereich Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (ANÜ)
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen im SAP‑System
  • Prüfung und Korrektur von Stundenzetteln im Rahmen der Leistungsabrechnung
  • Ansprechpartner für die Einreichung und Klärung von Stundenmeldungen im internen RMS‑System

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. Industriekaufmann oder Kaufmann für Büromanagement, oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Erste Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf erforderlich, idealerweise im Umfeld Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP im Einkaufs‑ oder Abrechnungsumfeld erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Bestellprozessen und Abrechnungen wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
