What are you going to do 

  • Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich
  • Formulierung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen (intern/extern)
  • Steuerung der Recruiting-Prozesse inkl. Sichtung, Bewertung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience sowie Beratung der Führungskräfte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern bei Stellenbesetzungen inkl. Abstimmungen zu Betriebsrat und Eingruppierungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Technische BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Interviews und Bewerbermanagement erforderlich
  • Grundkenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Must have
