What are you going to do 

  • Qualitätssichernde Begleitung von Raumfahrtprojekten in der Entwicklungs- sowie Serienphase
  • Erstellung und Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentationen in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
  • Bewertung und Freigabe von Spezifikationen sowie Prüf- und Messergebnissen
  • Überwachung interner und externer Prozesse und Abläufe
  • Durchführung von First Article Inspections (FAI)
  • Analyse von Abweichungen und Schäden sowie Initiierung, Umsetzung und Verfolgung von Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung von Produktabnahmen gemeinsam mit dem Kunden inklusive Erstellung der erforderlichen Abnahmedokumentation
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen 3D-Druck-Verfahren von Vorteil

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Diplom-Ingenieur oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker, bevorzugt in der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, im Maschinenbau oder mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie
  • Fundierte Grundkenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Normen ISO 9001 und EN 9100
  • Ausgeprägte Moderations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie SAP
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
