What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung, Bewertung und Optimierung von Simulationsmodellen und Analytics-Tools für die Bereiche Produktion, Rohbau, Logistik und Montage
  • Durchführung quantitativer Analysen und Simulationsstudien als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für Großinvestitionen, Infrastrukturprojekte, AGV-Rollouts und Pufferauslegungen
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Implementierung datengetriebener Anwendungsfälle in den Bereichen Process Mining, Datenvisualisierung und Künstliche Intelligenz
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der internen Simulationscloud sowie weiterer digitaler Werkzeuge zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsunterstützung
  • Aktives Mitwirken bei der Erarbeitung, Harmonisierung und Einführung neuer werks- und funktionsübergreifender Digitalisierungsstandards
  • Adressatengerechte Aufbereitung, Abstraktion und Präsentation komplexer Analyseergebnisse gegenüber interdisziplinären Projektteams und Entscheidungsträgern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, sehr gutes Studium einer mathematisch-technischen Fachrichtung wie Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Physik, Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozess- und Materialflussanalyse sowie in der praktischen Erstellung und Anwendung von Simulationsmodellen
  • Erfahrung in gängigen Simulationswerkzeugen wie Siemens Plant Simulation, AnyLogic oder AlFa sowie Programmierkenntnisse in Python, Java oder C++ (bzw. die Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung)
  • Erste Praxis im Umgang mit Data Analytics, Process Mining (z. B. Celonis), Datenvisualisierung oder KI-Anwendungen von Vorteil
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis für Produktions- und Logistikgewerke wie Rohbau, Montage oder Oberflächentechnik
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, hohe Abstraktionskompetenz sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
