What are you going to do 

  • Du unterstützt die Planung, Steuerung und den Abschluss des Teilprojekts Projektplanung
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Netzpläne für Termin- und Ressourcenplanung in allen Projektphasen
  • Du nutzt Referenzprojekte, Standardnetzpläne und kundenspezifische Anforderungen als Basis für belastbare Planungen
  • Du analysierst Terminabweichungen, erkennst kritische Pfade und leitest passende Maßnahmen ab
  • Du bewertest den technischen Fertigstellungsgrad und verfolgst den Projektfortschritt
  • Du identifizierst Termin- und Ressourcenrisiken und stößt bei Bedarf Gegenmaßnahmen an
  • Du bereitest Ergebnisse verständlich auf und präsentierst Analysen im Projektumfeld

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und kannst Methoden der Projektplanung auch in komplexen Projekten sicher anwenden
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit gängigen Projektplanungstools
  • Kenntnisse im Marineschiffbau sind ein Plus
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über eine Zusatzqualifikation wie Six Sigma, Systems Engineering, IPMA oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Du erkennst Abweichungen vom Soll-Prozess, analysierst Ursachen und begleitest geeignete Maßnahmen konsequent
  • Du trittst kommunikationsstark auf, setzt dich sicher auf allen Unternehmensebenen durch und arbeitest mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Du kommunizierst im Kundenkontakt sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du rundest dein Profil mit gutem technischem Verständnis sowie Kenntnissen in SAP, MS Office und MS Project ab
