What are you going to do

Leitung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Elektronik und Software
Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Überführung von Produkten in die Serienfertigung
Aufnahme und Definition von Anforderungen sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Planung von Ressourcen, Zeitplänen und Budgets zur Erreichung von Projektzielen
Lösung technischer Herausforderungen und Umsetzung effizienter Lösungen
Steuerung von externen Partnern und Überprüfung von Entwicklungsfortschritten
Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Betreuung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossener Master oder Promotion im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektronik oder Physik
Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Embedded Systemen bis zur Serienreife
Erste Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
