What are you going to do

Erstellung und laufende Anpassung von Produktionsplänen für pharmazeutische Halbfertig- und Fertigprodukte auf Basis aktueller Marktbedarfe und verfügbarer Kapazitäten
Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung der Materialversorgung und des Produktionsplans sowie flexible Anpassung bei geänderten Rahmenbedingungen
Koordination des gesamten Produktionsprozesses von Auftragseingang bis Versand, mit dem Ziel einer reibungslosen Patientenversorgung
Organisation und Leitung von globalen und lokalen Planungsmeetings; kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit relevanten Bereichen wie Global Supply Planning, Brand Management, Manufacturing, QA und QC
Mitwirkung bei Abweichungs- und Änderungsprozessen im GxP-Umfeld
Pflege von planungsrelevanten Materialstammdaten und Entwicklung innovativer Planungskonzepte

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ relevante Berufsausbildung (z. B. Pharmazie, Technik, Logistik) mit mindestens 5 Jahren Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung oder Fertigung
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion oder Produktionsplanung (GMP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); idealerweise Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools wie Power BI oder Power Automate
Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA; Kenntnisse in Detail Scheduling Software (z. B. SAP APO, INFOR) von Vorteil
Analytische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse aktiv zu koordinieren
