What are you going to do 

  • Weiterentwicklung der Product‑Vision einer anspruchsvollen Softwarelösung für die Produktion optischer High‑Tech‑Systeme gemeinsam mit dem Scrum‑Team
  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von Softwareprodukten im Umfeld komplexer Produktionsprozesse
  • Leitung der Anforderungsaufnahme bei Produktion- und Entwicklungsabteilungen sowie Dokumentation und Priorisierung einzelner Entwicklungsaufgaben in einem Product Backlog
  • Zentraler fachlicher Ansprechpartner und Servant Leader für das selbstorganisierte Team u.a. bei Rückfragen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Sprintplanungen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen agiler und klassischer Projektwelt zur Sicherstellung kurzfristiger Sprint‑ und langfristiger Meilensteinplanung
  • Begleitung der Softwareeinführung in der Produktion sowie fachliche Unterstützung bei auftretenden Problemen
  • Abstimmung mit weiteren Scrum‑Teams zur Standardisierung von Architekturen und Methoden

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareprojekten, der Anforderungsanalyse sowie in der Softwareentwicklung als Product Owner im agilen Umfeld erforderlich
  • Fundiertes Prozessverständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Abstraktion komplexer Zusammenhänge, z. B. mithilfe von Diagrammen oder Modellen notwendig
  • Zertifizierung als Product Owner (z. B. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
