What are you going to do 

  • Koordinierung von Softwareentwickler Teams
  • Koordinierung der Erstellung von funktionalen Anforderungen für Motorsteuergeräte
  • Integration der Software Lead
  • Review von SW Anforderungen für Motorreglerfunktionen
  • Abstimmung der Anforderungen mit den Stakeholdern außerhalb der Elektronikentwicklung
  • Überwachung der Implementierung durch Dritte
  • Koordination der Entwicklung von Source Code und Entwicklertests
  • Überwachung der Durchführung von Modultests
  • Koordination von Geräte- und Systemtest sowie anderer Testphasen
  • Freigabe von Software Releases


Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Embedded-Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Automotive-/Bahn-/Aerospace-Umfeld erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in C, modellbasierter Entwicklung mit Matlab/Simulink sowie Tests mit Simulink und TPT notwendig
  • Erfahrung mit CAN-Bussystemen (z. B. J1939) gewünscht
  • Erfahrung mit Aufgaben- und Release-Managementwerkzeugen wie JIRA; Versionskontrolle mit SVN und GIT von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Anforderungsmanagement (z. B. Spezifikationserstellung, Epics/Stories) notwendig
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrifterforderlich
