What are you going to do 

  • Entgegennahme und Eingangsprüfung von Warenanlieferungen, einschließlich Prüfung auf Transportschäden, richtige Artikel und Mengen
  • Buchung von Wareneingängen sowie Ablage und Weiterleitung von Dokumenten an die entsprechenden Adressaten
  • Angebotsanfragen und Beauftragung von Verpackungs- und Logistikdienstleistern, z. B. Speditionen und Kuriere
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Firmen
  • Unterstützung bei zollbezogenen Aufgaben
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Kontrollen
  • Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Durchführung von Inventuren

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (bevorzugt im Bereich Logistik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Wünschenswert: erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik und Kenntnisse von Fahrzeugteilen
  • Teamorientiertes sowie selbstständiges, strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Excel), SAP sowie gute allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
